With the majority of the wheels and gear levers being made from titanium inertia is reduced. Another innovation is the movements energy consumption also being reduced by up to 50% which is achieved by reducing friction on the spindle and enables the elimination of jumping when the chronograph is stopped. A truly incredible piece of horological history and no wonder when you see photo's of Richard Mille himself he is often seen wearing this model on his wrist.
